醒脑静注射液联合盐酸纳洛酮注射液治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage .METHODS:92 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted into Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from Nov .2016 to Nov .2017 were selected and divided into observation group ( odd numbers ) and control group ( even numbers ) via admission sequence , with 46 cases in each .The control group was treated with naloxone hydrochloride injection , while the observation group was given Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection .Differences in volume of hematoma , scores of neurological impairment and index of encephaledema between two groups before and after treatment were compared .RESULTS: Before treatment and 3 days after treatment , there were no statistical significances in differences in volume of hematoma , scores of neurological impairment and index of encephaledema between two groups (P>0.05);at 7 days, 15 days and 30 days after treatment, the volume of hematoma, scores of neurological impairment and index of encephaledema of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is remarkable , which can relieve encephaledema , improve neurologic impairment and promote hematoma absorption .关键词
