Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of metoprolol combined with amiodarone in treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation .METHODS:85 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation admitted into Fushun Dongzhou District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Dec .2015 and Mar .2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (42 cases) via the lottery method.Two groups were given conventional treatment for heart failure , based on which , the control group was treated with amiodarone , while the observation group received metoprolol combined with amiodarone .The resting ventricular rate , ventricular rate after exercise , LVEF, clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed . RESULTS:After treatment , the resting ventricular rate , ventricular rate after exercise and LVEF of two groups had been improved significantly compared with before treatment , and the observation group was significant better than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was 93.02％(40/43), significantly higher than that of control group [76.19％(32/42)], with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). During treatment , the incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 9.30％(4/43) and 7.14％(3/42), without any statistically significant difference (P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of metoprolol combined with amiodarone in treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation is significant , which can strengthen patient ' s cardiac function and improve the ventricular rate .关键词
