Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy and safety of solifenacin succinate combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in treatment of type Ⅲprostatitis.METHODS:100 patients with type Ⅲprostatitis admitted into Hubei Gongan County People ' s Hospital from May 2015 to Jun.2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 50 cases in each . The control group was given tamsulosin hydrochloride , while the observation group additionally received solifenacin succinate based on the control group .The clinical efficacy , chronic prostatitis symptom score , international prostate symptom score , white blood cell count in prostatic fluid , the maximum flow rate and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed .RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 94.0％ ( 47/50 ) , significantly higher than that of the control group [68.0％(34/50)], with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment, the chronic prostatitis symptom score , international prostate symptom score and white blood cell count in prostatic fluid were significantly lower than that of before treatment and after treatment in control group , the maximum flow rate was significantly higher than that of before treatment and after treatment in control group , with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).There were no severe adverse drug reactions in both groups .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of solifenacin succinate combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in treatment of type Ⅲprostatitis is significant with higher safety .关键词
