Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application of oral antihypertensive agents in outpatient pharmacy of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") , so as to provide references for clinical rational drug application .METHODS:Amount ranking and defined daily dose (DDDs) were adopted to analyze the categories, consumption sums, DDDs and defined daily cost (DDC) of oral antihypertensive agents in outpatient pharmacy in our hospital during 2013-2016.RESULTS:The consumption sum of oral antihypertensive agents in outpatient pharmacy in our hospital during 2013-2016 was in an increasing trend, of the consumption sums of calcium channel blocker ( CCB ) and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker ( ARB ) ranked the top 2 , both accounted for over 30% of the total consumption sum; the sequence of DDDs remained from high to low were respectively CCB, ARB, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), compound preparations,β-receptor blocking and hydragogue , the DDDs of CCB , ARB and ACEI accounted for over 80% of the total DDDs. CONCLUSIONS: The consumption sum and DDDs of oral antihypertensive agents in outpatient pharmacy in our hospital were in an overall increasing trend , CCB , ARB and ACEI are more prior in clinics , long-time preparations are more tend to be chosen , however , fixed compound preparations are not widely applied yet .关键词
