Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the standardability of prescription writing and rationality of drug application in Dalian Municipal Women and Children ' s Medical Center ( hereinafter referred to as"our hospital") , so as to promote clinical rational medication .METHODS:Outpatient prescriptions in pediatric department in our hospital from Oct.2014 to Sept.2017 were randomly extracted, with 100 prescriptions each month and 3600 in total, which were then reviewed and analyzed according to Prescription Administrative Principle and Administrative Standard of Hospital Prescription Review (on trial).RESULTS:Of the 3600 prescriptions, the usage rate of approved drug names was 100%, average categories of drugs was 2.20 , application rate of injection was 24.00%, application rate of antibiotics was 24.50%, application rate of national essential drug was 29.83%, average consumption sum was 79.49 yuan.There were 122 irrational prescriptions , with the rate of 3.39%.Of which 25 were nonstandard prescriptions (0.69%of the total prescriptions ) , including nonstandard writing of clinical diagnosis , unspecified age of days and months of infants and nonstandard writing of usage and dosage; 95 were inappropriate prescriptions ( 2.64%) , including improper indications , improper drug selection , improper usage and dosage , repetitive medication and improper drug combination;2 were supernormal prescriptions ( 0.06%) , including no-indication medication and off-label drug use .CONCLUSIONS: Drug application in pediatric outpatient in our hospital is basically rational , while there are still problems;medical treatment should be further standardized and supervision on prescriptions should be reinforced, timely intervention on irrational medication is needed to ensure patients ' safety.关键词
