摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the contents and ways of pharmaceutical care of anti-infective therapy on patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection and intracranial infection . METHODS:Pharmacists participated in the treatment of 1 case of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection and intracranial infection , gave assistance to clinicians in formulating individualized therapeutic regimen and conducted pharmaceutical care all the time . RESULTS: During the treatment , after analyzing illness situation , clinical pharmacists had proposed scientific and reasonable advice in formulating therapeutic regimen with the utilization of pharmacokinetics , which was accepted and had effectively controlled the infection .CONCLUSIONS:Pharmacists have given full play of professional advantages in providing individualized pharmaceutical service , which is essential for clinical rational drug application .关键词
