Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the pharmaceutical care process for one patient with heart failure complicated with digoxin poisoning by clinical pharmacists , and to investigate the problems and countermeasures , so as to promote the rational drug use .METHODS:Retrospective analysis was conducted on the pharmaceutical care process for one patient with heart failure complicated with digoxin poisoning by clinical pharmacists .RESULTS: Through the monitoring of blood concentration , patient with digoxin poisoning could be found immediately .The clinical pharmacists took their advantages actively and assisted the clinicians to formulate and improve the treatment regimen; after being given measures of withdraw and symptomatic treatment , the patient was discharged from hospital .CONCLUSIONS:The treatment of digoxin poisoning is limited and has obvious individual difference , and the effect factors of serum concentration are complex , therefore , it is necessary to provide individualized treatment regimens according to patient 's conditions, strengthen the monitoring of blood drug concentration , renal function and electrolyte and reduce the incidence of digoxin poisoning , so as to promote the rational use of drugs .关键词
