Numerical simulation and optimization on local mechanical ventilation in steam turbine room of thermal power plant
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the ventilation effect and guarantee the comfort of staffs and the security of equipments,numerical simulation was employed to research the distribution of temperature and velocity field of the air in one of the 2 × 1 000 MW power unit steam turbine room and the accuracy of simulation results were verified.The new local mechanical ventilation was introduced into optimization.The effect of changing mechanical ventilation flow rate and degree on temperature field was studied.The results show that the temperature of operation region can be reduced to the requirement when the ventilation flow rates are more than 6 m3/s and 10 m3/s respectively in the ground floor and operation floor.The situation should be avoided because mechanical ventilation would restrain natural ventilation by pushing the hot air towards the entrance when the ventilation degree is 0°-10°.When the degree is larger than 20°,the restrain effect disappears but the temperature rises in the east area,and so the ventilation degree should be set at 20°.关键词
