浮选过程中金属离子对异极矿硫化的影响
Effect of metal ions on sulfiding flotation of hemimorphite
摘要
Abstract
The influences of sulfidization and metal ions on flotation of hemimorphite were studied through flotation tests,solution chemistry calculations,zeta potential measurement and XPS test.The results show that it is hard to collect hemimorphite well by using xanthate at normal temperature.Though Na2S can not improve the collection of hemimorphite,it can obviously make collection better by reconditioning with metal ions after sulfidization.The strength of the activation sequence from small to big is:Cu2+,Zn2+ or Pb2+.HS-is the main composition.The activation ability and pH value of metal ions are related with the concentration of positively charged components of metal ions after hydrolysis.PbS occurs on the hemimorphite surface after adding Pb2+ during sulfidization with Na2S,which is helpful to improve the adsorption of xanthate,and thus sulfidizing process is strengthened and the flotation recovery of hemimorphite is improved.关键词
