粗颗粒矿石在提升管道内的旋转特性
Rotation behavior of coarse-particle ores in lifting pipe
摘要
Abstract
High speed photograph technique was used to characterize the rotation behavior of coarse-particle ores in a lifting pipe,including manganese nodules,cobalt-rich crust,poly-metallic sulfide and simulation nodules.For those ores,the rotation speed was calculated based on their features,and the shape was characterized by their roundness R.A fitting equation for the rotation speed of the ores was proposed.The results show that when the lifting velocity and the roundness of the ores increase,their rotation speed increases.However,when the diameter and the density of the ores increase,their rotation speed decreases.The calculation results obtained by the fitting equation are in agreement with the experimental results,which can be used to research the hydraulic lifting pipeline system mechanism.关键词
