摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the influence of inhomogeneous microstructure on the properties of low alloy highstrength steel (HSLA steel),a stress-strain constitutive equationwas obtained which was based on the model of Ashby-Orowan dispersion strengthening mechanism and Hall-Petch fine grain strengthening mechanism.The ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the stress condition of the RVE during the tincture process of the Q460D steel was investigated,finally,compared with the actual test results.The results show that the constitutive model can well reflect the mechanical properties and fracture mode of low alloy high strength steel,the crack is first formed in the coarse and uneven distribution of the pearlite grain in the fracture process of the low alloy high strength steel.
