Abstract
The thin-walled vortex iron casting as the examples,based on the analyses on acoustic characteristics of the material quality,CIVA software was applied into simulation of process parameters of ultrasonic examination.The results show that bettering process parameters of ultrasonic examination and choosing a proper testing frequency and crystal unit size of search can ensure testing sensitivity of defect detection.As for 8mm thin-walled casting,the detection effect of diameter 12 mm straight beam probe is superior to that of diameter 8 mm straight beam probe,and the search unit at 5 MHz frequency is superior to that at 2 MHz frequency.关键词
