摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problems existing in the actual use of Z8440 cold core box,the control system was improved.Original CP1H PLC as the core,expanding external I/O,introducing multi-loop sensor,and real-time acquisition and core-making process related machine,electricity,liquid,gas and other process data,the general intemet communication with the upper machine were utilized.After the improvement of the system,the waste core rate is obviously reduced,and the remote monitoring and management of the core technology and equipment is realized.关键词
