摘要
Abstract
A kind of non-sinusoidal vibration control system that electro-hydraulic servo drive for ensuring mould that work stably and reliably was designed,and the central control unit based on the 32 bit embedded microprocessor.Realization of control strategy based on the PID algorithm,the controller communicated with PC by CAN bus.The design of monitoring system based on LabVIEW.The control algorithm of the control system is executed on PC,The host computer only monitors the status information of the mould,modifies the parameters and controls the switches,the controller can follow the vibration rule to operate the mould.At the same time,in order to avoid the impact of vibration to the mould during parameter modification process,using the ladder-type method to adjust parameter.关键词
