摘要

Abstract

The main technology of continuous casting production and the principle of liquid level control was analyzed,and a kind of liquid level control system for slab continuous casting based on SN8P2704A was designed.The SN8P2704A controller was the core of the system,and the VUHZ liquid level sensor monitored the position of the liquid level in real time,and through the neural network algorithm,according to the level of real-time location and calibration position,and the output control quantity were calculated.As a result,the SN8P2704A controlled the execution unit according to the control quantity,so as to stable control the level of the mould.The results show that the designed mold level control system for the effectiveness of the liquid level control is effective.
