摘要
Abstract
The working characteristics of regenerative reheating furnace were studied,and the control requirements of regenerative reheating furnace pressure were defined.The overall design of the furnace pressure control system was carried out.The AVR series ATmega48 microcontroller was as the central processor,the hardware system of the pressure control system is designed.The improved PID algorithm was used as the software core of the furnace pressure control system,and the pressure signal was calculated to obtain the control quantity.The simulation experiment results show that the furnace pressure control system proposed has the characteristics of fast regulation and high precision in regulating the pressure of regenerative reheating furnace.It provides an effective and reliable scheme for the optimization of pressure control in regenerative reheating furnace.关键词
