卧式离心铸造裂解炉管缺陷分析

Abstract
The defects such as microshrinkage and crack in the 25Cr35NiNb material cracking furnace were reduced by controlling the parameters of pouring temperature and mould cylinder vibration.The results show that it can effectively reduce the microporosity defects to control the pouring temperature at 1 570+10 ℃,and the results show that pouring temperature control in 1 570+10 ℃ can effectively reduce shrinkage defects;The vibration of the mould cylinder control should be controlled at the range of 0.6mm,it is the most effective for reducing crack defects (excluding vibration of other equipment).关键词
