摘要

Abstract

Aluminum alloy automobile end cover of gearbox shell as the research object,under the low pressure casting process was studied.Two kinds of gating system of filling,solidification and shrinkage cavity,shrinkage porosity situation were analyzed with the ProCAST software,and through the orthogonal experiment of low pressure casting process parameters were optimized.The results show that 4 runner gating system is relatively reasonable,the compression rate is 0.001 6 MPa/s with the gating system process,and the pouring temperature is 710 ℃,mold preheat is 260 ℃,shrinkage defects is minimum,and the quality is best.
