Abstract
Annealing treatment of ultrafine grain 304 stainless steel after 8 equal channel angular pressing was performed at different temperatures,the effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 304 stainless steel were studied,and the fracture morphology was observed.The results show that the recrystallization of 304 stainless steel starting temperature is 650 ℃,and the end of the recrystallization temperature is 900 ℃.When the annealing temperature is above 750 ℃,the structure of 304 stainless steel is a double scale structure consisting of some ultrafine grain and recrystallized grains.After annealing treatment,the strength and yield ratio of 304 stainless steel are decreased to a certain degree,while the elongation are increased,and a suitable annealing process annealing should be at 750 ℃ for 30 min.The fracture mechanism of material gradually change from brittle fracture into ductile fracture with the increase of annealing temperature.关键词
