摘要
Abstract
A numerical simulation method was used to analyze the quenching process and microstructure distribution of low-pressure rotor of 1 890mm 30Cr2Ni4MoV high purity steel.The typical points were selected and the simulated heat treatment furnace was used to quench the continuous cooling of the typical points,and compared with the simulation microstructure to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation analysis.The results show that the quenching simulation microstructure is basically bainite,and the bainite and martensite mixed are about 125 mm thick.The actual microstructure distance from the center is about 900 mm from the center of bainite and 50% martensite.From the core to 700 mm,it is mainly bainite.关键词
