Industrial Application and Development of PVD Coating
摘要
Abstract
Based on the characteristics and the development status of PVD coating technology,the working principle of various surface treatment methods and its application in the process of the industrial preparation of PVD coating were briefly reviewed.The surface treatment methods involved in the industrial preparation process of PVD coating include ultrasonic cleaning,debarring,sand blasting,dulling,polishing,degassing and stripping and so on.Combined with the characteristics and service efforts of various treatment methods,the corresponding pre-processing and post-processing technology are development for products to be coated under different working conditions.Which ensure the quality of coating products and greatly improve its service life.关键词
