Abstract
The reason of the 40Cr hydraulic bearing faults were investigated by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum method to the fault of hydraulic bearing such as chemical composition analysis,fracture morphology observation and metallographic structure.The results show that the chemical composition of the hydraulic bearing conforms to the enterprise standard,but the microstructure is not uniform,the crack source area and at 1/2 radius are fine pearlite and block or semi-reticular ferrite,the coating thickness is about 50 μm on the surface shaft,it is sorbite,a small amount of ferrite and bainite.And close the surface 13 mm,the microstructures are sorbite,fine pearlite and a small amount of ferrite.The hydraulic bearing during heat treatment of internal macro-original crack pillar under the action of working stress is the important reason for brittle fracture.关键词
