菟丝子总黄酮不同提取方法比较
Comparison of Different Extraction Methods of Total Flavonoids in Cuscuta chinesis
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to screen the extraction methods of total flavonoids in Cuscuta chinesis,and provide scientific basis for the development of total flavones resources in Cuscuta chinesis.[Method] Five kinds of extraction methods:reflux extraction method,cold maceration method,ultrasonic extraction method,microwave assisted extraction method and Soxhlet extraction method were used to extrant the content of total flavonoids in Cuscuta chinesis,rutin as a reference substance,the content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry,and the extraction efficiency was compared comprehensively.[Result] The content of total flavoniods gained by five kinds of extraction method was followed by:refluxing extraction method (31.24 mg/g) > microwave assisted extraction method (16.84 mg/g) > Soxhlet extraction method (12.82mg/g) > ultrasonic extraction method (9.74 mg/g) > cold maceration method (8.88 mg/g),the content of total flavonoids was the highest by refluxing extraction method.[Conclusion] The refluxing extraction method is applied to the extraction of Cuscuta chinesis total flavonoids,which has the advantage of extraction speed and high extraction effciency.关键词
