不同市场销售中药紫草的质量调查研究
Investigation of Quality of Chinese Herbal Medicine Arnebiae Radix from Different Market
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the quality of Chinese herbal medicine Arnebiae Radix of different batches on the market.[Method] After optimizing extraction method,using cold-soaking method and warm-soaking method at the same time and using 95％ ethanol as solvent,the contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix from 13 different batches were determined by UV-Vis spectrometry.[Result] The contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix from 13 different batches were great different.The contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix of 3 different batches were greater than 0.8％ extracted by cold-soaking method and warm-soaking method.The contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix of other two different batches were greater than 0.8％ extracted only by warm-soaking method.[Conclusion] The quality of Arnebiae Radix on the market was mixed and the quality of a large part of Arnebiae Radix was not pass.关键词
