Application of DNA Molecular Marker in the Study of Genetic Diversity of Bambsoideae
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,molecular marker technology has been widely applied to Bambsoideae for identification of germplasm resources,construction of genetic maps,gene mapping and breeding of various crops.The several of molecular markers and application in the study of genetic diversity of Bambsoideae had been discussed in the present article.It has been suggested that the application of molecular markers should be strengthened for the construction of genetic maps,genetic analysis,identification of germplasm and marker assisted-selection.关键词
