Establishment of qPCR Automatic Detection System Based on TaqMan Probe Method for Enterobacter sakazakii
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To establish a rapid and accurate detection system for foodbome pathogens in food samples.[Method] A qPCR detection system for Enterobacter sakazakii based on TaqMan probe method was established,which was supported by the microbial molecular detector researched by key laboratory of Huzhou mocrobilogical agents and agricultural products safety.[Result]The system was successfully established and the standard curve slope,R2,amplification efficiency was-3.44,0.995 5,95.3%,respectively.[Conclusion] The qPCR detection system has strong specificity,high sensitivity,good stability and repeatability,which could shorten the detection time greatly.The system provides a new way for high throughput and automated detection of E.sakazakii in food.关键词
