Abstract
The new technologies of snowflake beef grading in China in recent years are summarized,From the 3 aspects of image information ac-quisition,parameter extraction model establishment and artificial snowflake beef identification,the new progress made in snowflake beef grading technology is introduced.The application of strong technical methods and the developed classification equipment are mainly introduced.It is of positive significance for improving the competitiveness of snowflake beef in the world,and promoting the development of snowflake beef grading technology and establishing a more objective and scientific grading standard.关键词
