Convenient Detection Technology of Sulfonamides Residues in the Foods of Animal Products
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To study the convenient detection technology of sulfonamides residues in the foods of animal products.[Method]To com-pare the technology of ELISA,capillary electrophoresis and high performance liquid chromatography for detecting the sulfonamides residues in the foods of animal products.[Result]Using ELISA method to detect sulfonamides residues has advantages of easy operating,low cost,fast rate and short time.[Conclusion]ELISA can better meet the requirements of rapid detection and meet the rapid detection of sulfonamides in meat prod-ucts.关键词
