穴位贴敷时间和接触性皮炎对哮喘防治效果的影响
Effect of Acupoint Application Time and Contact Dermatitis in Prevention and Treatment of Asthma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application time and contact dermatitis in the prevention and treatment of asthma.Methods A total of 91 patients with asthma in the remission stage who were treated with acupoint application were enrolled,and according to the presence or absence of contact dermatitis after 4 and 8 hours of acupoint application,these patients were divided into group A with 24 patients (with contact dermatitis after 4 hours of acupoint application),group B with 25 patients (without contact dermatitis after 4 hours of acupoint application),group C with 22 patients (with contact dermatitis after 8 hours of acupoint application),and group D with 20 patients (without contact dermatitis after 8 hours of acupoint application).The three groups were compared in terms of the changes in the number of asthma attacks,asthma control test (ACT) score,and Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (AQLQ)score after treatment.Results Groups A,C,and D had a significant reduction in the number of asthma attacks and significant increases in ACT and AQLQ scores after treatment (all P＜0.05).Compared with group B,group A had significantly greater changes in the number of asthma attacks and ACT and AQLQ scores after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion Both acupoint application time and contact dermatitis can influence the outcome of asthma,and patients who have contact dermatitis after 4 hours of acupoint application tend to have a better clinical outcome.关键词
