Abstract
Objective To prepare ganoderma spore oil self-microemulsions with different particle sizes as the drug delivery system,and to evaluate their quality.Methods Ganoderma spore oil self-microemulsions with different particle sizes were prepared through optimized formulation processes,and their appearance,particle size,potential,self-emulsifying time,drug loading capacity,and stability were investigated.High-performance liquid chromatography was used to establish the method for evaluating the quality of ganoderma spore oil self-microemulsions.Results The particle sizes of ganoderma spore oil self-microemulsions prepared through four different formulation processes were (27.3±1.2) nm,(91.1±2.5) nm,(142.8±2.1) nm,and (202.6±3.4) nm,respectively.The potentials of the above self-microemulsions with different particle sizes were (-12.1±0.5) mV,(-10.8± 0.7) mV,(-12.3±0.6) mV,and (-11.2± 1.0) mV,respectively.High-temperature and high-light experiments indicated the high stability of these self-microemulsions with four particle sizes.Conclusion The self-made ganoderma spore oil selfmicroemulsions with different particle sizes possess stable and controllable quality.关键词
