Effect of nozzle structure on bubble micro refinement of the hot metal desulfurization

Abstract
Aimed to the problem of bubble micro refinement in desulfurization of hot metal pretreatment with magnesium vapor,effects of different nozzles structure on the bubbles dispersion in the molten, CO2absorption ratio and utilization,mixing time were studied with a water model experiment. Results showed that: under conditions of using SSB -D impeller, rotation speed 200rpm, gas flow rate 1.0 m3/h, the eccentricity 0.4, immersion depth 250 mm,the air brick nozzle can decrease the"dead zone"of the bubbles distribution. The mixing time and the absorption rate,can improve the volumetric transfer coefficient of the magnesium vapor.关键词
