摘要

Abstract

Four oxides:CaO,MgO,Al2O3and SiO2were taken as the main raw materials,Cr2O3,CaF2and Fe2O3 were used as a composite nucleating agent,B2O3was put as a flux.A glass ceramics was prepared by a high temperature melting process. Effects of proportions in the four main raw materials on the crystallization behavior, microstructure, crystal phase composition and physical and chemical properties of the glass ceramics were systematically investigated. The crystallization kinetics of the basic glass was analyzed by DTA;The microstructure and the crystal phase of the glass ceramics were studied by SEM and XRD. Physical and chemical properties of the glass ceramics were determined. As a new idea the author's look the crystal average growth index as a research target. The orthogonal experimental results showed that the optimal ratio of the raw materials are CaO:32%, MgO:13%, Al2O3:8%, SiO2:47%. Flexural strength is 147.4 MPa, volume density is 3.03 g/cm3, mass loss after acid and alkaline corrosion were 0.37% and 0.047%,for the sample prepared under the optimal condition. All properties are in the excellent level.
