吹氩连铸结晶器内渣眼形成的水模型实验
A water model of slag eye formation in a continuous casting mold with argon injection
摘要
Abstract
In view of the argon injection process in the continuous casting mold, a water model experiment on formation of the slag eye on the top surface of the mold was carried out by changing parameters such as the casting speed,gas flow speed and slag thickness. It was found there are two typical slag eye distributions: one is around the nozzle;the other is around the narrow wall. The results showed that,with increasing the casting speed,area of the slag eye around the narrow wall increases, area of the slag eye around nozzle decreases, the total area of the slag eyes increases. As gas flow speed increases,area of the slag eye around the narrow wall decreases,area of the slag eye around nozzle increases,the total area of the slag eyes decreases first and then increases. With increasing the thickness of the slag layer,both the area of the slag eyes around narrow wall and nozzle decreases.关键词
