硫掺杂偏钛酸粉体的制备
Oreparation of sulfur-doped metatitanic acid powder
摘要
Abstract
Taken titanium sulfate as a raw material,a sulfur doped metatitanic acid powder was prepared by hydrolysis method. Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and laser particle size analysis technology were used to analyse the morphology and the particle size of the powder. Influences of concentration of titanium sulfate solution, hydrolysis temperature and pH value on hydrolysis ratio and particle size of metatitanic acid powder were studied. The results showed that the titanium sulfate solution concentration,pH value and temperature have a significant effect on the hydrolysis ratio and the particle size,The optimal conditions are:concentration of the titanium sulfate solution is 65 g/L,hydrolysis temperature is 20 ℃,pH value is 7.关键词
