不同中药坐浴方法联合康复新液湿敷对痔术后创面疼痛和愈合的影响
Effect of different Chinese herbal baths combined with Kangfuxinye wet dressing in the treatment of pain and wound healing after hemorrhoids surgery

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of different Chinese herbal bath methods combined with Kangfuxinyewet dressing on the pain and healing of wound after hemorrhoids surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were divided into group A,group B,group C and group D,with 50 cases in each group.The group A was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine bath after defecation,group B with traditional Chinese medicine bath before and after defecation,group C with the traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with Kangfuxinye wet dressing after defecation,and group D with the traditional Chinese medicine bath combined Kangfuxinye wet compress before and after defecation.Time to wound healing,pain assessed by visual analogue scale (VAS),wound bleeding,wound edema and wound granulation growth were compared between groups.Results Time to wound healing in group C and group D were (8.85±1.62) d and (8.63±1.74) d,respectively,which were shorter than in group A and group B [(11.32±2.00)d and (11.01 ± 1.95) d,respectively,P ＜ 0.05].The pain score in the four groups on the 3rd and 7th day after operation were lower than those on the 1st day (P ＜ 0.05).The VAS score of group C and group D on 7th day after operation were lower than those in group A and group B (P ＜ 0.05).The pain score of group D on 7th day after operation was lower than those in group C (P ＜ 0.05).The bleeding and wound edema in group C and group D were significantly slighter than those in group A and B (P ＜ 0.05),and the growth of granulation were better than those in group A and group B (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions combined with Kangfuxin wet dressing can promote wound healing,reduce postoperative pain,wound edema,bleeding and promote granulation growth.Use of before and after the bath can further reduce the pain.关键词
