七氟醚及丙泊酚对老年结肠癌根治术患者血液流变学及凝血功能的影响
Effects of sevoflurane and propofol on haemorheology and coangulation in older patients with colon cancer

Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of sevoflurane and propofol on haemorheology and coagulation in older patients with colon cancer undergoing radical resection.Methods This was a randomized controlled trial.204 older patients with colon cancer undergoing radical resection in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly assigned into two groups.Group P received propofol-based anesthesia,and Group S sevoflurane-based anesthesia.The operation duration,blood loss,total hospitalization duration were compared between the two groups.Haemorheology indices and coagulation indices were evaluated before and 30min after operation.Results There were no significant differences in the operation duration,blood loss and total hospitalization duration between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).In both groups,the whole blood middle-and low-shear viscosity decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05),thrombin time and prothrombin time increased significantly after operation (P ＜ 0.05),but blood rheology and coagulation function were not seriously affected.Before and after operation,whole blood high-,middle-and low-shear viscosity,fibrinogen,thrombin time and prothrombin time were similar between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Neither Sevoflurane nor propofol would not affect the haemorheology and coagulation in older patients with colon cancer.They both have good safety profile.关键词
