Abstract
The electromagnetic interference signal will be possibly generated when a power system encounters a disturbance due to feeder fault,shedding or inception of large-scale loads and large-size power sources.In this case,the Electronic Transformer with electromagnetic compatibility defect will output abnormal data,which will lead to misoperation of the control system of relay protection.This problem is promising to be solved along with the substation protection's emerging,which has a capacity of obtaining the entire substation information.In this paper,the existence of the similar region within which the dynamic characteristics of the transmission line fault are of high similarity is proved.Furthermore,a hypothesis that the state and topology of the electric power system is discrete is introduced,and the concept of transmission line's homotype fault is proposed correspondingly.Based on the above work and the similarity between a certain dynamic case and the historic examples,the principle,criterion,and implementation to identify the adjoint fault of Electronic Transformer are proposed,and the assessment index for describing the severity degree of the faulted electronic transformer are also given.Finally,a typical power system simulation model is established with PSCAD,and numerous examples of electromagnetic interference are constructed under different conditions.The feasibility and the value of the proposed principles and methods are testified.关键词
