Abstract
This paper presents a research on magnetic circuit calculation and saturation characteristics analysis of the six phase cylindrical linear induction motor. The influence of the longitudinal end core on the magnetic density distribution is analyzed. Based on the magnetic circuit analysis model, the magnetic circuit equations were induced, the air gap flux density matrix expression and solution process was introduced in detail. By this linear induction motor distributed magnetic circuit method, the saturation coefficient and the magnetic density of each part of the motor can be calculated, and it almost has the same accuracy with finite element method. Additionally, based on the saturation coefficient, combing with the saturation circuit model, the relationship between winding current and saturation coefficient is induced. The correctness of the above calculation method is verified by thrust test of prototype machine.关键词
