摘要

Abstract

The possibility and advantage were analyzed of the substitution of the hydraulic motor by electric motor in the hybrid excavator swing system.The structure and working principle of the electric driving swing system were introduced. The electrical control network and control strategy in the main controller were designed and the speed vector control algorithm of the swing motor was also presented.The swing experiment shows that the speed response of the electric driving swing system can meet the requirements of the working condition of excavators and the kinetic energy of the upper structure can also be recuperated during the braking phase.Therefore,the electric driving scheme can reduce the energy consumption of the hybrid excavator further.
