摘要
Abstract
The utility and control model of the two-stand temper mill including control scheme and hardware configuration of the automation control system were introduced.The whole system adopted one-mill one-temper mill or single temper mill method.The control scheme of automatic system and instrument configuration stcheme were given. It also had a discussion about basis of elongation setting in normal conditions.The system had direct tension close loop control,indirect tension close loop control,feed-forward AGC and feed-backward AGC control schemes etc. The foundtions of elangation rate setting usually were given.The final production can fully meet the requirement of finished-production.关键词
