摘要

Abstract

Evaluation of microgrid operation effect in a comprehensive and accurate way is an effective means to promote sustainable, large-scope and healthy development of microgrids. In this paper, an evaluation index system of microgrid operation effect based on source-grid-load three dimensions is established using fishbone method. The evaluation index system fully considers influence of source-grid-load characteristics on reliability, coordination, economy and quality. And DARE-RSR method is proposed to evaluate the proposed index system. This method takes subjective and objective factors into account, and eliminates interference of outliers to evaluation results. Finally, the evaluation index system and evaluation method are applied to a pilot microgrid project, and the evaluation results are analyzed.
