摘要

Abstract

In order to improve comprehensive economy of PV&ES power plant and reduce ES capacity requirement, this paper proposed a coordinated control strategy of PV and ES for smoothing PV power fluctuations. Firstly, PV MPPT operating point was adjusted dynamically to stabilize PV high power fluctuations. The smaller and faster PV power fluctuations were stabilized by rapid ES charge and discharge. Comprehensive efforts of PV and ES could restrain PV fluctuations within allowable range and reduce ES capacity requirement and operating frequency. This paper took measured data of a real PV plant as an example to verify the proposed strategy and established five indexes to evaluate advantages and disadvantages of the proposed strategy and conventional strategy. Simulation results verified correctness of the proposed strategy and showed that the proposed method could reduce ES capacity requirement, extend ES service life and improve economy of PV&ES power plant significantly.
