手足口病患儿外周血Ghrelin水平与TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6的相关性研究
Relevance of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and Ghrelin in Children with Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relevance of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and Ghrelin Levels in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods:Children with hand,foot and mouth disease (study group) and the healthy children from the health center (control group) with 100 cases in each from 2015 to 2016 of our hospital were chosen.According to the severity of illness,study group were divided into mild group (without encephalitis) and severe group (with encephalitis).ELISA method was used to determine the content of three groups of children in the peripheral blood of Ghrelin,while chemiluminescence analyzer was used to determine TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 levels in peripheral blood of immune cells,and the correlation of Ghrelin and TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 levels were analyzed.Results:The Ghrelin level of severe group was lower than that of mild group,and the mild group was lower than that of control group,while IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α levels of severe group were higher than mild group,and the mild group were higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).The levels of Ghrelin in peripheral blood of children with hand,foot and mouth disease were negatively correlated with TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 (r =-0.31,-0.33,-0.29,respectively,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Ghrelin may protect immune response inflammation of hand,foot and mouth disease.It can become a predicting prognosis factor.关键词
