某院住院癫痫患儿抗菌药物的使用情况分析
Analysis of Antibiotics in Hospitalized Children with Epilepsy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the use of antibiotics in hospitalized children with epilepsy,and evaluate the rationality of medication.Methods:A total of 249 cases of epilepsy were retrieved in the electronic record system from June to December 2015 to retrospectively analyze the use of antibiotics,including indications,varieties,usage and dosage,and duration of antibiotics,etc.Results:Among the 249 children,178 children used antibiotics,the rate of antibiotics was 71.49％.Broad-spectrum penicillin and cephalosporin were the main varieties of antibiotics consumed,the top three of which were cefazolin sodium pentahydrate (31.46％),ceftazidime (20.79％) and sulbenicillin (16.85％).The irrational antibiotics use rate in epilepsy children was 30.34％,the main of unreasonable use were inappropriate drug combination (10.67％) and off-labeled drug use (8.99％).Conclusion:Irrational use of antibiotics exists in children with epilepsy.We should strengthen the management of clinical application of antibiotics to ensure the safety of drug use in children.关键词
