摘要

Abstract

In order to improve network sampling reliability of relay protection in smart substation,this paper considers cur-rent research status quo and constructs the sampling value synchronization system of high reliable relay protection based on network delay compensation. It respectively provides network sampling synchronization principles based on interpolation method,analyzes composition of network sampling delay,states measurement principle of the switch delay and theoretically analyzes delay synchronization error method of this system.In the laboratory environment,it builds this sampling synchroni-zation system and evaluates the system by testing and in theory.The results indicate this system can effectively realize syn-chronization of network sampling and ensure reliability of relay protection.
