Influence of Variable Distribution Model on Transmission Tower Component Reliability
摘要
Abstract
In view of lack of unified standards for random variables for analysis on reliability of the transmission tower,this paper introduces improved variable distribution model for reliability calculation according characteristics of the transmission tower and its wind loads especially influence of wind vibration effect. It calibrates reliability indexes of the tower compo-nents based on this improved model and compares calibration results obtained from other variable models.Corresponding re-sults indicate there are significant differences among reliability indexes from these models and sensitivities of the reliability indexes on parameters of variable models of wind loads are higher.It indicates variable parameters based on civil architec-ture statistics are not appropriate for transmission tower structure.关键词
