摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of thoracoscopic combined with laparoscopic radical operation of esophageal cancer and thoracotomy for esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 127 patients with esophageal cancer who were treated in our hospital from December 2014 and December 2016 were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods. Sixty-four patients in the study group underwent thoracoscopic combined with laparoscopic radical operation of esophageal cancer, while 63 patients in the control group underwent thoracotomy. The operative time, the number of cleared lymph nodes, the total amount of bleeding, the volume of thoracic drainage, the pain score at postoperative 5th day, the hospitalization time, and the complications were observed in the two groups. Results The operative time in the study group was (192±46) min, the number of cleared lymph nodes was (12.6±3.9), the total amount of bleeding was (183±12) ml, the volume of thoracic drainage was (702±34) ml, and the pain score at postoperative 5th day was (1.21±0.24), the hospitalization time was (14.6±2.9) d, and the complication rate was 10.7% (11 cases), which were all significantly better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Thoracoscopic combined with laparoscopic radical operation of esophageal cancer is safer and more feasible in the technical operation compared with thoracotomy, with little surgical trauma, quick postoperative recovery, good treatment effect, and low incidence of postoperative complications.关键词
