摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of ultrasonic osteotome combined with high speed turbine drilling minimally invasive extraction of mandibular third molar germ. Methods From February 2015 to March 2017, 100 patients scheduled for extraction of mandibular third molar germ in the orthodontics department of our hospital were divided into observation group (minimally invasive extraction by ultrasonic osteotome combined with high speed turbine drilling) and control group (extraction by high speed turbine drilling), 50 cases in each group. The degree of swelling on the third day after operation, limitation of mouth opening, and pain were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the number of the cases of grade 0 swelling on the third day after operation, limitation of mouth opening, and pain were 31, 37, and 38 respectively, more than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The ultrasonic osteotome combined with high speed turbine drilling minimally invasive extraction of mandibular third molar germ, has small operation trauma and accurate force, the pain of the patients is significantly reduced after surgery, without swelling, with slight limitation of mouth opening and high safety.关键词
