Abstract
Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with enterostomy. Methods 80 cases of enterostomy discharged from our hospital were divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40) according to the random number table method. The control group received routine follow-up review, and the observation group received continuous nursing intervention from professionals of our hospital on the basis, including telephone follow-up of 1 time a week and family visit of 1 time a month. The intervention mainly included psychological nursing, health consultation, knowledge education, family visit guidance, etc., half an hour each time, lasting for 3 months. Investigated the quality of life of the two groups before and after the intervention with the quality of life scale (QLQ-C30). Result There were statistically significant differences in the scores of physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function, and the overall quality of life between the observation group and the control group 3 months after intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the postoperative quality of life of patients with enterostomy.关键词
