经阴道超声在孕早期对胎儿泌尿系统畸形方面的应用研究
Application of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal urinary system malformations during the early pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonography in fetal malformation of the urinary system during the early pregnancy. Method The ultrasonographic data and clinical data of fetal urinary system malformations diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography were analyzed retrospectively. Results The earliest detection time and the average detection time of fetal urinary system malformations by transvaginal ultrasonography were earlier than those by transabdominal ultrasonography. The accuracy of the diagnosis of fetal urinary system malformations by transvaginal ultrasonography was 99.28％, that by transabdominal ultrasonography was 99.70％. Conclusions Transvaginal ultrasonography can improve the early diagnosis of fetal urinary system malformations during pregnancy. The overall compliance rate of fetal urinary system malformations by transvaginal ultrasonography is lower than that by transabdominal ultrasonography.关键词
